Tell us a bit about your business.
I am a self-run marketing and graphic design firm. I do everything along the spectrum of marketing and graphic design, including: email marketing, copywriting, strategy and planning, branding, website design and management, direct mail, desktop publishing, and digital design.
How has your business progressed recently and what do you attribute that to? Where do you see your business in one year?
I’ve gained a lot of new clients in different industries over the last few years. I attribute this to a more substantial website, SEO and word-of-mouth marketing from past clients.
What are your favorite tools or resources that help you do business smarter, and how have they made a difference?
Google Drive and the G Suite are extremely helpful, as well as Dropbox. They help me share the final deliverables with my clients, which can often be very large files. I also use the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
What advice would you offer to businesses like yours just starting up?
Word-of-mouth marketing and networking with others who could be potential clients are essential. Even for those like myself who tend toward introversion, these two things are extremely important to get your business out there without having to front a lot of money for initial marketing.
Where can customers find and connect with your business?
