Tell us a bit about your business.
We are a marketing firm with a technical edge. We have helped clients in a variety of industries—including health care, education, manufacturing, architecture and engineering—and always thrive on approaching each challenge with a marketing and business strategy.
Where other marketing firms may be able to make a great site that performs, our technical prowess can help take it the next step and solve efficiency problems by using digital resources. Whether than means hooking up your e-commerce site to an ERP system or developing web applications to improve business processes, we have the experience to deliver on multiple levels.
How has your business progressed and what do you attribute that to? Where do you see your business in one year?
We enjoy never being complacent with how we did something the last time. There are always lessons to be learned and ways to grow from each project. This includes tactics as well as technologies.
In the next year we see ourselves continuing to listen to and learn about our clients to help resolve business challenges.
What are your favorite tools or resources that help you do business smarter, and how have they made a difference?
Google Analytics, SEMrush, Copper (formerly ProsperWorks), Harvest and Asana.
What advice would you offer to businesses like yours just starting up?
Take the time to listen to other people, to your clients and to industry experts. Also, project post-mortems and other “lessons learned” sessions can help you recap the things that went right and wrong so you can grow and be better for the next one.
