Tell us a bit about your business.
We’re an inbound marketing agency that merges marketing and sales. We use the HubSpot software to deliver a transparent marketing solution that delivers tangible results. We’re one of only three gold tier HubSpot partner agencies in New Zealand.
How has your business progressed recently and what do you attribute that to? Where do you see your business in one year?
We’ve tripled in size in the past 12 months and the team has grown at a similar pace. A lot of this success has been based on being able to prove the impact we have to businesses that have previously not been able to see a clear ROI from marketing across all channels.
What are your favorite tools or resources that help you do business smarter, and how have they made a difference?
HubSpot is a massive one for us. The platform is clean and easy and helps dispel the idea that marketing is a bit “smoke and mirrors!” We also use Hotjar to analyze areas for website improvements, and Google Analytics, Review and NPS software.
What advice would you offer to businesses like yours just starting up?
Put the customer first in everything you do.
