Tell us a bit about your business.
My mother, who has been a bridal designer for the past 20 years, not only inspired me to start my own business, but she also inspired the name. I train men and women of all ages; but specifically, I advertise to women who are getting married and want to look amazing and feel confident in their best bodies on their wedding days.
How has your business progressed recently and what do you attribute that to? Where do you see your business in one year?
My online training program has really progressed because people who live out of state and can’t do personal training still want to be fit, ya know! Online training is an amazing opportunity for them to have calculated workouts and nutrition plans and a coach who keeps them accountable. One year from now, I see my business being primarily online.
What are your favorite tools or resources that help you do business smarter, and how have they made a difference?
Communication and the web.
What advice would you offer to businesses like yours just starting up?
Fight through adversity! If people question you or tell you that you won’t make it, keep your head on straight and keep moving. Never lose sight of your vision!
