Tell us a bit about your business.
I’m a freelance social media marketing manager based in Italy and catering to a series of international clients in a wide range of business areas. I have a strong European academic background. So, that’s why I usually help U.S. companies aiming to expand in Europe, find digital influencers abroad, etc.
How has your business progressed recently and what do you attribute that to? Where do you see your business in one year?
I started only a few months ago. However, I have noticed a strong interest in my experience from businesses all over the world. I hope in one year, I’ll be able to expand my own business and hire a few fixed collaborators.
What are your favorite tools or resources that help you do business smarter, and how have they made a difference?
I utilize a lot of different tools according to the type of work. Typically, I use tools for analytics and social media management, as I use lots of social media accounts.
What advice would you offer to businesses like yours just starting up?
Study a lot. You can’t improvise in this business. The numbers will show your lack of success if you do. A mere course in social media management is far from enough. Also, keep yourself current on all the latest trends and important updates.
