Metamorphosis Solutions is passionate about creating the most exceptional experiences for employees. We believe that employees thrive in cultures where they are treated as customers of the employer brand—where their needs are front and center of every program designed. And when employees feel appreciated and engaged, your organization wins as well by being able to attract and keep great talent and inspire them to do their best work.
How has your business progressed recently and what do you attribute that to? Where do you see your business in one year?
I started my HR consulting business in 2017. I have begun a partnership with the World Employee Experience Institute (WEEI) that I believe will be instrumental in bringing the new HR agenda. It’s focused on creating exceptional experiences in the workforce to inspire great achievements and joy for employees around the world.
What are your favorite tools or resources that help you do business smarter, and how have they made a difference?
My human experience design framework. It utilizes concepts from design thinking, customer experience and marketing to help organizations through the process of designing exceptional employee experiences.
What advice would you offer to businesses like yours just starting up?
Make sure to build a strong network and utilize it effectively. The best way to get started is through referrals from people you have worked with. They can help get you noticed.
